The Forest Fire Bitters are made by hand-harvesting cedar from the wildest of places in Muskoka. Next, they start a fire using the bushcraft technique of the cedar bow-drill. They char the fresh cedar leaf and branches over the fire and then jar and smother in locally distilled smoked rye whiskey. After steeping they are blended with extracts of bitter herbs.
Ingredients: 40% alcohol with extracts of Eastern White Cedar **, Dandelion**, & Gentian *.
