With the Adjustable V-Blade Mandoline Vegetable Slicer, you can make quick work of creating sliced or julienned vegetables. With its surgical-grade stainless-steel blade and universal hand guard included, this versatile slicer is perfect for slicing vegetables for sandwiches and burger toppings as well as salads, coleslaw, chips, poke bowls and stir fries.

The reversible deck allows you to create matchstick-like cuts or straight slices. The nonslip feet also add stability when slicing on a flat surface or position the bowl hooks on the base of the unit over the rim of any bowl for better control.
